Join Our Team as a Prep Chef
Are you a passionate and skilled Prep Chef with a commitment to delivering exceptional homemade food in a fast-paced environment? If so, we'd love to have you on our team!
Position: Prep Chef
Location: Horsley Brae Overtown ML2 0RR
Hours: Part-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 102 hours over a 4 week cycle
3 days a week

Role and Responsibilities:
Food preparation & working at Salad bar making sandwiches, toasties & Panini's
Thrive under pressure, ensuring smooth service operations during peak hours.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Demonstrate flexibility by being willing to work extra hours or additional days on occasion.
Possess and maintain relevant catering qualifications, including a current hygiene certificate.
Familiar with HACCP and health & safety systems to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Prep Chef.
Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Dedication to upholding food safety standards.
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
